Once you have become comfortable with the app you may simply switch off the screen and focus on your breathing using our effective audio cues which will naturally guide you. Switching the screen off is also ideal when you are using the app to help you sleep, conserving the battery life in your device as you slowly drift off.

There are several styles of music to chose from. We recommend that you use the same style of music for a particular activity, so with practice the app will become more effective.
